| Are there any tire
vibrations or unusual noise? Does the vehicle pull or wander? Is there braking pulsation at normal city stopping? Brake performance stop from 100 km? Any fading or vibration? Is there any abnormal engine or drive train noises? Are the transmission shift patterns normal? Is the exhaust noise normal? Check the wiper blade and washer performance. Test the emergency brake (apply engine power at stop). Windshield is free of cracks and chips which affect driver's view? IN-SHOP DIAGNOSTICS: Check every seat belt for latch integrity, belt retraction & fraying. On startup - does air bag light work? Are the air bag covers all intact? Vehicle weather strips: Clean with dry cloth. With silicone emulsion, apply to door, rear hatch, trunk, tailgate & sunroom weather strips and drip rails. On cars: check spare tire is stowed securely, inflation is correct. All vehicles: spare tire tools are available. If no oil change - check under hood fluid condition, levels and bulbs: Check All Fluids: Engine Oil, Automatic Transmission & Clutch (If applicable), Brake Fluid, Power Steering, Windshield washer, Antifreeze. Check Headlamps, Markers and signal bulbs. Visually inspect engine compartment for oil leaks. Visually inspect engine air filter Confirm condition of all belts and hoses ON HOIST TIRES AND BRAKES: Remove all four tires - tread depth measurements (using new rotations) Tire size match check Brake pad/shoe thickness Visual rotor and brake drum condition. OK? Visually examine all brake hoses and lines for leaks or cracking. Visually examine brake wheel cylinders. Is brake caliper movement free and easy? Visually inspect emergency brake cable for damage. ON HOIST AXLE/DRIVELINE EXHAUST/STEERING: Examine front steering components for looseness. Examine front shocks/struts for leaking, weeping or looseness. Visually inspect front axle and axle boot condition. Visually inspect front differential/transaxle and lower engine for leaks. Check transaxle/transfer case linkages are free from mud or debris. Inspect condition of front exhaust pipe. Visually examine fuel lines and cables. Note condition of drive shaft and u-joints. Inspect rear-differential (truck) and breather for leaking and integrity. .Check Differential Levels & Transfer Case Oils (4x4 and AWD) Examine rear exhaust components Inspect rear shocks/struts for leaking, weeping or looseness. Trucks only: Check spare tire inflation and storage security. | Are there any tire vibrations or unusual
